These terms apply to enquiries, quotations and work carried out by Ultra Doors Security. They are provided as a starting point, please review and adapt them with your own advisor before publishing.

Quotations

Quotations are based on the survey and information available at the time and are valid for the period stated on the quotation. Where site conditions differ from those surveyed, we will discuss any change with you before proceeding.

Work & workmanship

We carry out all work with reasonable skill and care using suitable materials. Our installation workmanship is guaranteed, and the products we supply carry the relevant manufacturer's warranty; the specific cover is confirmed with your quotation.

Emergency call-outs

For 24/7 emergency work, any call-out charge is agreed with you before we attend so the cost is clear from the outset.
